1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only for products that are damaged, expired, or not as described.
- Perishable goods such as vegetables, fruits, dairy, and other fresh produce are not eligible for a refund unless damaged upon delivery.
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you of the status within 2 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Opened or used personal care and hygiene products.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after confirming the cancellation.
