1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for products that are damaged, expired, or delivered incorrectly.
  • Perishable items such as vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and other fresh produce are eligible for refund only if reported damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
  • All refund or return requests must be raised on the same day of delivery to be considered valid.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:

Kindly include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if applicable) to help us process your request efficiently.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your refund request, our team will verify the details and respond within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method or provided as store credit within 7 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after cancellation is confirmed and approved.
