At SMS Fresh Mart (Sri Murugan Store), we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Our goal is to ensure the freshness and quality of your groceries from the moment they leave our store until they reach your doorstep.

1. Delivery Coverage

• We currently serve delivery addresses within Chennai city limits.
• Delivery availability may vary based on pin code. You can check serviceability during checkout by entering your address details.

2. Delivery Schedule

• Orders placed before 6:00 PM are generally delivered on the same day, subject to item availability and delivery slot capacity.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the next working day.
• We operate deliveries Monday to Sunday, including most public holidays, except during extreme weather or other unavoidable disruptions.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery is free for orders that meet the minimum cart value displayed at checkout.
• For orders below the free delivery threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be added to the invoice total.

4. Order Notifications & Tracking

• Once your order is packed and out for delivery, you will receive a confirmation notification via SMS or WhatsApp.
• For real-time updates or delivery-related assistance, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or phone.

5. Missed Deliveries

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery executive will attempt to contact you by phone.
• In case of unsuccessful delivery after multiple attempts, the order may be returned, and reshipping may incur additional charges.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• We make every effort to deliver on time. However, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic conditions, extreme weather, festivals, or operational constraints.
• In the event of any delay, our team will keep you informed and ensure timely communication.
