- We currently deliver within Chennai city limits. Delivery availability may vary by pin code.
- To check delivery availability in your area, please enter your location during checkout.
2. Delivery Timings
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM are usually delivered the same day, subject to item availability.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next working day.
- We operate deliveries 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (except in cases of unforeseen events).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery is available for orders above a minimum value (as displayed during checkout).
- For orders below the free delivery threshold, a nominal delivery fee will be added to your total bill.
4. Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation notification once your order is out for delivery.

5. Missed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you.
